A local Internet Service Provider (ISP) was struggling with manual operations, leading to inefficient payment tracking, billing delays, and a lack of transparency in handling customer complaints. The critical challenge was to design and deploy a complete, two-part digital ecosystem from scratch under an aggressive 1-month deadline.

My Solution & Tech Strategy

To meet this deadline, I architected a solution focused on rapid development without sacrificing quality. My strategic technology choices were key:

  • Admin Web App: I chose Laravel with Inertia.js. This stack enabled the rapid development of a modern and responsive Single-Page Application (SPA), leveraging Laravel's robust backend capabilities.
  • Customer Mobile App: I selected Flutter for its rich ecosystem and extensive library of pre-built components, which significantly accelerated the development timeline for the user-facing mobile app.

The Outcome

The final product was a fully integrated digital platform that transformed the client's manual processes into an efficient, automated system:

  • The Admin Web App: Empowered staff with real-time payment monitoring, centralized customer data, and instant complaint management.
  • The Customer Mobile App: Provided customers with self-service bill checking, online payment capabilities, and real-time tracking of their complaint status.
